Q1. What is the process to order? - Firstly, add to cart what you wish to purchase and conclude the offer which is pending.  Secondly, In Ears will receive the pending order via email, confirm the stock levels and issue you an invoice via email.  Lastly all you need to do is accept the invoice offer by making payment via paypal or our preferred method direct debit.  Once the payment has been received the goods will be dispatched urgently via the postage method you have chosen.

Q2.  Are you an authorised Westone stockist? - Yes, In Ears Australia have been an authorised Westone dealer working with Westone for almost 10 years.  We are backed by Westone who honour their warranty.

Q3.  Do you offer deals for group purchases? - No we offer the lowest possible price that retains  the ability to honour the Westone warranty.

Q4.  Do you have other IEM products that aren't advertised on line? - Yes, we stock and supply a large range of IEM products worldwide.  As we have time we are adding these products to the site.  In the mean time email us you enquiry.

Q5.  Can we collect our items to save postage? - No all items are packaged for fast dispatch and the address details form part of the official warranty and date of purchase documentation.

Q6.  I am after custom in-ear drivers.  Do you do these also? - Yes contact us via email.

Q7.  Some times there are cheaper products available on ebay and the like, why should I not just buy them? - Two reasons, see the response to Q3, and secondly China make copies.  In Ears Australia only sell  genuine and quality products.
