Q1. What is an impression? - An impression is the result of a procedure that involves the injection of a silicone material into the ear canal and outer ear.  The procedure takes only 15 minutes and can be performed by any audiologist.

Q2. I purchased a set of UM2s I need more bass, what can I do? - Try this, insert your IEM while listening to an ipod, now place your index finger onto the drivers and gently apply pressure.  If you hear an improvement in the bass response then what you are needing is a better seal.  A better seal can be gained by adding custom tips to your generic drivers.  When you add pressure you are simulating a deeper and more perfect fit.
